Importance of Circles

At Fiv, you’ll hear us talk about our Circles.  These are agents working collaboratively to improve our individual businesses.  Your Circles are essentially the family of agents sponsored by your direct line of sponsors as well as those you sponsor and so on. I’m one of several advisors of Mapped 4 More, which is a group of Circles.  We operate within Fiv, but provide extra benefits to the agents in our Circles.  There’s no extra cost to be in Mapped 4 More.  For example, our members are offered additional training opportunities beyond what Fiv offers.  We have a stable of experienced agents who lead a variety of training classes each month.  We also have a program called VA on Demand.  If you need VA services, we have preapproved VAs who can assist you with general VA work, Transaction Coordinator services, and even ISA services.  We offer you a competitive rate on these services and bill you directly.   Mapped 4 More offers an annual business planning retreat so you can get out of the office, meet with like minded people, and create a business plan while having some fun.  Do all Circles provide services like this?  No, which is why it’s important to understand what your sponsor offers when you join Fiv.  All agents that I sponsor become members of Mapped 4 More and can take advantage of all that we offer.
