Fiv Realty vs. Real Broker
Below is a table that compares the Fiv Realty rev share program to Real Broker. Both programs have five circles/levels, though the payout amounts are different. Further, the circles at Fiv Realty are never locked. In addition, Real charges a fee to participate in the rev share program and retains a percentage of each rev share payment. Simply use the fields on the Fiv Realty side of the table to enter your sponsored agent count and you’ll see the comparison between the the plans.

Tier 1 is always unlocked.
Tier 2 is unlocked when an agent has at least 5 active sponsored agents in Tier 1.
Tier 3 is unlocked when an agent has at least 15 active sponsored agents in Tier 1.
Tier 4 is unlocked when an agent has at least 20 active sponsored agents in Tier 1.
Tier 5 is unlocked when an agent has at least 25 active sponsored agents in Tier 1.
