2 There are no Transaction Fees.

3 $75 per transaction with a $550 annual cap. No charge on referrals or commissions below $1,000.

4 All agents are on an 80/20 split (80% to the agent, 20% to Fiv Realty).

5 A small team is a group of agents working together under a team leader with no minimum production requirement.

6 A large team is one that closed, in the previous year, either $40 million in volume or 175 transactions.
